Gabrielle Mouhlen
“Another revelation was the Dutch soprano Gabriëlle Mouhlen, who has established herself as an Abigaille truly heir to the great singers who have played this rol of proverbial difficulty in the past”
Luca Chierici, www.ilcorrieremusicale.it | Nabucco, Milano 2021, conducted by Riccardo Muti

Highlights
On 13-15 October Gabrielle performed succesfully as Lady McBeth in Verdi’s MacBeth. This opera took place in Sassari, Italy.
A video of this performance came out recently and we are happy to share it. Loredana Atzei (I Teatro dell’Est) wrote the following about this performance.
“Her vocal characteristics such as power, solidity, agility, are enhanced by the role of Lady Macbeth to which she gives psychological depth through a confident use of pianissimo, a perfect descent into the low register, always perfectly intonated and musical centers and without sparing lashes of ‘steel in the high notes’ ”
